Data Deletion Instructions / Veri Silme Talimatları

Effective Date: September 6, 2026

Summary: You can disconnect any linked social account (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) yourself at any time, and you can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

1. Disconnecting a Social Account (Instagram / Facebook / YouTube)

Go to your Dashboard > connected accounts / integrations section and click "Disconnect" on the platform you want to remove. This immediately revokes our stored access token for that account; we stop being able to read or publish to it. You can also revoke access directly from the platform itself:

Instagram / Facebook: Meta Accounts Center > Apps and websites > remove "SosyalVideoOlustur / NecoAI".
YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions > remove access for this app.

2. Requesting Full Account & Data Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all data we hold about you (profile info, stored OAuth tokens, generated content history, and usage records), send an email to sosyalvideoolustur@gmail.comfrom the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm your identity, delete the data, and reply once the deletion is complete — typically within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

Your account and login credentials
Stored access/refresh tokens for any connected social platform
Generated content history stored on our servers
Usage, credit, and billing records not otherwise required to be retained by law
