Sosyal Video Oluştur ("we", "the Service") is a web platform that helps creators produce short-form videos with AI, plan content, and publish their own videos to their own social accounts. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: username, email address, and a hashed password, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
  • Content you create: topics, scripts, images, audio and the videos generated for you, stored so you can download or publish them.
  • Usage and billing data: credit balance, purchases and operation history needed to run and bill the Service.
  • Technical data: basic logs (such as errors and page views) used to keep the Service secure and working.

2. YouTube API Services and Google user data

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using features that connect to YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

  • What we access (only if you choose to connect a channel): through Google OAuth with the scopes youtube.upload and youtube.readonly we can see your channel name and identifier, and upload videos, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and publishing schedules to your own channel when you ask us to.
  • Public YouTube data: for our niche-research and source-information features we read public metadata (video titles, tags, view counts, licence and channel statistics) through the YouTube Data API. Results are cached temporarily (up to 12 hours).
  • How we use it: only to provide the features you request. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to operate the Service, and humans do not read it unless you ask for support or it is required for security or by law.
  • Storage and protection: OAuth tokens are stored on our server and used only to act on your behalf when you trigger an action. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.
  • Disconnecting and deleting: you can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from the Service; this deletes the stored tokens from our database. You can also revoke access at any time in your Google security settings. To request deletion of your account data, email us at sosyalvideoolustur@gmail.com.

The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use data

To operate the Service (video generation, publishing on your request, billing), to provide support, to keep the Service secure and to improve it. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Service providers

We use infrastructure and AI/processing providers (for example cloud hosting, AI text/image/voice services and email delivery) that process data only to deliver the requested functionality on our behalf.

5. Retention

Generated videos and temporary working files are deleted automatically after a limited period (temporary files after a few days, generated videos after about 30 days). Account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, disconnect connected accounts and withdraw consent at any time by using the Service or contacting us.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Sosyal Video Oluştur ("biz", "Hizmet"), içerik üreticilerin yapay zeka ile kısa videolar üretmesine, içerik planlamasına ve kendi videolarını kendi sosyal hesaplarında yayınlamasına yardım eden bir web platformudur. Bu politika hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve seçeneklerinizi açıklar.

1. Topladığımız veriler

  • Hesap verileri: kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi ve şifrelenmiş (hash) parola; Google ile giriş yaparsanız Google hesap tanımlayıcınız.
  • Oluşturduğunuz içerik: konular, senaryolar, görseller, ses ve sizin için üretilen videolar (indirmeniz veya yayınlamanız için saklanır).
  • Kullanım ve faturalama verileri: kredi bakiyesi, satın alımlar ve işlem geçmişi.
  • Teknik veriler: Hizmeti güvenli ve çalışır tutmak için hata ve sayfa görüntüleme kayıtları gibi temel günlükler.

2. YouTube API Hizmetleri ve Google kullanıcı verileri

Hizmet YouTube API Hizmetleri'ni kullanır. YouTube'a bağlanan özellikleri kullanarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz; verileriniz ayrıca Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.

  • Eriştiğimiz veriler (yalnızca kanal bağlamayı seçerseniz): Google OAuth ile youtube.upload ve youtube.readonly izinleri üzerinden kanal adınızı ve kimliğinizi görebilir, siz istediğinizde kendi kanalınıza video, başlık, açıklama, etiket, kapak görseli ve yayın planı yükleyebiliriz.
  • Herkese açık YouTube verileri: niş araştırması ve kaynak bilgisi özelliklerinde YouTube Data API ile herkese açık meta verileri (başlık, etiket, izlenme sayısı, lisans, kanal istatistikleri) okuruz. Sonuçlar geçici olarak (en fazla 12 saat) önbellekte tutulur.
  • Kullanım amacı: yalnızca sizin istediğiniz özellikleri sunmak. Google kullanıcı verilerini reklam için kullanmayız, satmayız, Hizmeti işletmek için gerekli haller dışında üçüncü taraflara aktarmayız; destek talebiniz, güvenlik veya yasal zorunluluk olmadıkça insanlar bu verileri okumaz.
  • Saklama ve koruma: OAuth erişim anahtarları sunucumuzda saklanır ve yalnızca siz bir işlem başlattığınızda sizin adınıza kullanılır. Google kullanıcı verilerini genel amaçlı yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanmayız.
  • Bağlantıyı kesme ve silme: YouTube kanalınızın bağlantısını Hizmet içinden istediğiniz zaman kesebilirsiniz; bu işlem saklanan anahtarları veritabanımızdan siler. Hizmet'in Google API'lerinden alınan bilgileri kullanımı ve aktarımı, Sınırlı Kullanım şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.

3. Verileri nasıl kullanırız

Hizmeti işletmek (video üretimi, isteğiniz üzerine yayınlama, faturalama), destek sağlamak, güvenliği korumak ve Hizmeti geliştirmek için. Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.

4. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Bulut barındırma, yapay zeka metin/görsel/ses hizmetleri ve e-posta gönderimi gibi altyapı sağlayıcılarını kullanırız; bunlar verileri yalnızca istenen işlevi sunmak için bizim adımıza işler.

5. Saklama süresi

Üretilen videolar ve geçici çalışma dosyaları sınırlı bir süre sonunda otomatik silinir (geçici dosyalar birkaç gün, üretilen videolar yaklaşık 30 gün). Hesap verileri hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızın ve verilerinizin silinmesini istediğiniz zaman talep edebilirsiniz.

6. Haklarınız

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, bağlı hesapları ayırma ve rızanızı geri çekme haklarınızı Hizmet üzerinden veya bizimle iletişime geçerek kullanabilirsiniz.

7. Çocuklar

Hizmet 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.
