Terms of Service / Kullanım Şartları

Summary: By using sosyalvideoolustur.com.tr ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service lets you generate AI video/content and, if you choose to connect them, publish that content to your own YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook accounts using the official platform APIs. We only act on your explicit, in-app request — we never post, message, or act on your connected accounts without your direct instruction.

1. The Service

SosyalVideoOlustur / NecoAI is an AI-assisted content creation platform. Registered users can generate video, image, and text content, and optionally connect third-party social accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) to publish that content directly, using credentials and permissions you grant through each platform's official OAuth login.

2. Connected Social Accounts

Connecting an account is optional and always initiated by you, via the platform's own login/consent screen.
We only request the permissions needed to publish content and read basic profile/page information you authorize.
You may disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard, or by revoking the app's access from the third-party platform's own settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that violates the terms of any third-party platform you connect (including Meta's and Google's own platform policies). You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish through your connected accounts.

4. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

Some features consume credits or require an active subscription. Pricing and included quotas are shown in-app at time of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you generate and publish. You grant us no rights to reuse, resell, or redistribute your generated content beyond what is necessary to operate the Service (e.g., temporary storage/processing to render and deliver it to you).

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as content moderation, account suspension, or API changes) on accounts you have connected.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
